I can walk more than 50 feet in my sandals with these in them. I have them in several pairs now. The older ones are still holding up.

I put these in my newest pair of Jack Rogers, which have no support whatsoever. These made them so comfortable! I have to buy a pair for all of my other pairs--really makes them so much more comfortable for all day wearing.

they worked for me... not in all scandels but the leather thonged ones. best of all, they kept my feet from sliding forward

I have a pair of Softies in most of my dress shoes/boots. The quality surpasses anything you can get in the usual stores, and these make dress shoes so much more comfortable. Without these, some dress shoes/boots become painful after a few hours of walking; with them, I can hold up for many more hours of walking. I highly recommend.
