I usually find a way to try shoes on before ordering from Amazon. Should have done so this time. Have been running in ASICS Gel 1160's for past few years in size 10.5 U.S so I ordered the DS Trainer 18 in same size. They arrived and I was looking forward to a nice run. No way; they were too small. I think I will have to go up a half size but will try some on before re-ordering. i love the look, and the weight (or lack thereof) is fantastic.
I have been trying new running and training shoes this year and decided to check this one out. It is light weight and sturdy and better than expected for the price. I have not ran in them; I'm still running in my older 3020's which are now discontinued but (in my opinion) better than Kayano's. When you put these shoes on you get happy feet and want to run or walk. I have only walked in them and they are awesome... They didn't get a 5 star rating because Asics does make better shoes (the two I ment......
