I love New Balance cross-trainer shoes. The problem is they come with 57" laces which are much too long. The shoe needs (though I admit to not using the top hole) a 45" lace. There are a lot of 45" laces I could buy but most are either flat or oval and I like a round lace. These Sof Sole laces are the best I have ever found, bar none. They are round, thick and have very little stretch. I would recommend them highly.

Bought laces for her husband, and it is for his boots Columbia. Husband completely satisfied, ordered another pair to replace them.

These laces are great! I ordered them expecting just some standard laces that would wear out in a few months, as I wear big shoes(16 4E) and I put a lot of wear and tear on the shoes and laces. I was pleasantly mistaken! These laces are high quality and have taken all the abuse without fraying or breaking! Buy these!
