I had really bad metatarsalgia from working out on the elliptical too much (my shoes didn't have enough support). I used these on the advice of my orthopedic. I was able to work out pain free the first day!! Amazing!!

The Lynco inserts are very comfortable and relieve foot pain associated with plantar fasciitis very well. This is my second pair of them and they are a life saver.

These insoles are superior to any that come in new shoes, even high quality new shoes . They provide excellent cushioning and arch support which helps protect knee joints and prevent over pronation. I put them in my running shoes and in my boots and casual shoes. I replace at least every two years. Without them I get knee pain from over pronation due to a low arch in my left foot. I notice almost immediate improvement with the insoles. They are pricy, but try them once and you will be hooked.
