It's a very cute sandal, but the arches felt very high. I don't have flat feet nor do I overpronate. My issue is that my lower back and heels hurt if I stand or walk for very long periods. After wearing them for a while, my ankles start to ache and my SI joint as well. It probably just isn't suited to my particular issue. Also be careful when walking on wet surfaces, it is extremely slippery, I almost fell. Luckily orthaheel has a 30 day money back guarantee. Had no problems getting a refund.
I wore these about four times for very short periods and the strap around the right toe came apart! Obviously, this shoe was very poorly made. I did not even get to determine whether or not its claim to ease foot pain is true as the shoe did not last long. Very disappointed!
