I have an average size foot and usually can wear shoes right to my size, but i found the Inov-8 F-Lite 230 to be a 1/2 size too long. Plus they are very narrow and squeeze my foot. Totally unwearable. But they are super light and have some great design. So if my feet were thinner then I'd definitely return for a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear. I'm sad they don't make them wider. They look great.
Just got these shoes and I must say I'm very pleased so far. I was a bit concerned about the correct sizing but did as was suggested and ordered them a half size down. I'm very glad I did as they fit perfectly and are very comfortably and are exactly what I need for my fitness needs. I will own more!
very light but sturdy with good support. Fits good. Although you would need to order at least 1/2 size smaller than your usual shoe size
